How to save custom voice on tomtom 720 GPS?

Trouble with TomTom 720 GPS Navigation?
When I turn on my car GPS does not turn on automatically. when I put the car remains at 30 seconds and then dies. Is there something I can do to solve this problem?
You can not fix it. It is not broken. There is no way to bring about when you start the car. Some other brands may have this feature, but not tam-tam.

But after disconnecting the room, it is frozen .. and TomTom Home on my PC does not reward ..
