Gateway laptop?

Anyone else have problems with gateway? I sent my laptop because it would not load, you see the laptop was in working condition other than prefect that.They referred it to say that there was a spill of liquid! WHAT? Impossible.Oh and now the laptop does not work at all! I wonder how a perfect laptop that would not be transformed over a laptop that is dead and not working at all? I just need a new battery for crying loud.I repeatedly called gateway and now there is a block on my laptop so that it can never be repaired again.and I still have my ideas warranty. Any how I can resolve this problem?

Write a letter to company president. Tell him what happened and you did not spill anything on the computer and he had to do when it was being repaired. How do you reformatt a Gateway laptop that came with no disk ?

Well, I have a Gateway laptop that is stuck in safe mode and I just want reformatthe damn thing. However, I bought it online and it did not come with a disc. Can I still reformat it and how?

I also bought this laptop at a great shopping district at 9. None of the other brands had 4GB tribute, 500 GB HD, wireless, webcam, viewer actor, etc.. close to the figure.
