I think I know the answer to this ... but anyway


I bought my 1st generation iPod touch 32GB off eBay and it has a black spot on the screen and a white light (maybe something wrong with the LCD?) Should I contact ebay? or will the apple, he replaces even though I have no warranty?

I think the best solution would be to contact eBay.
u can not buy directly from Apple and you do not have a guarantee, so I doubt they will do something. good luck.
