Problem With My Unlocked and Jailbroken 2G Apple iPhone?

I have an iPhone 2G Unlocked and jailbroken with Cydia and Installer, And if ever I click on "Telephone" to make a call or something like that it wont let me anything click on the screen (as if the phone has frozen) than after a few seconds, it goes back to the main screen, everything works fine except that the fine "Phone". Soneone Please let me know what to do.

Could I trade in a Apple iPod Touch 2G for a Apple iPhone 2G or 3GS?

I recently had an iPod Touch 2G, but the battery life is horrible.So could I exchange it or something?

I have an ipod touch 2G, and what I can tell you if you use your applications any time, using your battery so fast. i load mine at least twice a day. but if you are to use it as mp3 player, the battery is not bad at all. i love my ipod touch, I use it as much as I use my phone. I do not know but if you can exchange it against anything.
