What are the basic instruments and tools required in the electronics lab?

Thank you, I am as well as you dear then'm an engineer in power electronics had years of experience of 18 years against my suggestion is the small list of tools: 1) soldering iron in various powers that you want to use often and so much too.
2) nose pliers, cutting pliers, Multimeter, Tong Tester screw driver, box keys, knives, lead, cutter, stripper, iron stands, certain needs.
3.good work (tests) tables, etc.
components: resistors, diodes, sensors multimeter, etc.
is the radioshack electronics lab a good start or need something else?
