What is the best electronic Arabic-English dictionary?

I just moved to Qatar and try to learn Arabic. I am looking for a dictionary that offers phonetic Roman (and not only the Arabic script), who "speaks" with a ton of English / Arabic words, and provides a good dictionary like Oxford. I already bought (and return) a dictionary Ectaco, which I hated. I'd like something compact and do not really need fancy stuff.

I think that "Electronic Atlas" would be good i used to have an Arab-eng, eng-arb with pronouncable.

whats a good english-arabic electronic talking dictionary touch screen. that is newly updated?
