How do I get out of my Sprint cell phone contract?

There are about 6 months, we've got service with Sprint. We discovered that we had little or no signal at our house. We called and said they were putting up more towers, to be patient. We were running around and around with them for the past month. The network technology said the closest tower was 5 miles away. Therefore we use roaming. Roaming is included in our phone plan. However, whenever we try to place a call roamining she said our phone is not registered and Demades number of credit card. They tried all kinds of updates, we even gave a new phone ... nothing.I work from home at night and if the cable goes down, does my home phone. I have to drive 2 miles to town at 3 am to call in. However, their attitude is that it is not their problem and just deal with it. If we cancel the contract, they charge us fees for early termination. I need a cell that works. We pay for a service that we can not use only. Help!

You must first read carefully the terms of service. To the best of my knowledge they have of you out of your contract in the circumstances you describe. Try to be a little more force with them, you must be persistent and positive - but do not use insults or it could damage the complaints the Better Business Bureau. I just got an instinct for Sprint (because it is the company I was with for many years) only to find that Apple is not compatible at all! I want to go back tomorrow morning and get an iPhone instead.
My Apple iBook is not compatible with this phone at all! Its the only computer I have.

You have 30 days return / exchange so you can always return the phone within 30 days and your contract or return to what it was. If your old contract was over, then you can leave if you another month or two, then you must wait.
