What are the best Verizon cell phones for IM-ing?
My husband is deployed and I do not want to carry a laptop everywhere to IM him. I just do not want to use PC to send SMS cellular phone, there are also Verizon phones that have a specific application or something you can just talk to a Yahoo Messenger or AIM? Now I have the Juke, which I hate, and I plan on getting a new phone on Friday, so all suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes, calls are unlimited. There are two different plans for pre-payment: Inpulse and easyPAY. They both include unlimited calls to Verizon phones.
Text messaging is not unlimited, though. Be careful with the text / picture messages, because they eat very quickly the balance of your prepayment.
