Is there a free downloadable program to convert songs on the computer to ringtones for LG cell phones?

I recently moved from a Motorola phone to a phone from LG, and I used to be able to make songs on my computer and crop them down and transfer them to my phone via USB port and use them as ringtones. Is there a similar system out there for LG phones at all? Where can it be downloaded or purchased?

Im getting a new cell phone with AT & T and im torn between the LG and Samsung neon printing ... I want a full keyboard, but texting IVE heard bad things about the LG Xenon, if im not interested in that. both neon and printing received good reviews, I know that printing is a phone with better quality and better display, etc etc. .. but would I waste money on all these extras? Is it worth it? i cannot find much first hand information on the neon, so everything is appreciated. plz compare if you've used both phones!

I had an impression Samsung and let me tell you that the cell is worse than I ever had! Every Time I unlock it locks up. I have this fone Back to the store and got a LG Vu. The LG Vu has a cell of the touch screen and i love it so much is the greatest ever CELL!

This was one of the phones I had in my thinking when I went to the accumulation ATT yesterday. As in the near future as the picked up and held in my hands it was immediately disqualified. This phone has a huge air and features, no doubt about it. Being a holder above the CU 500, which is a mammoth phone, like LG. However, this phone is shit like biography far the battery is concerned. I bought this phone from AT & T in August.The competitor didn'tm music properly and froze the phone faulty reading. " Only fix was OFF the battery and restart. AT & T has been very supportive on the phone replacement, but the 2nd and 3rd phone I received was the same conundrum. I talked to LG and they were not aid at all. AT & T has been very clever and replaced with the LG Xenon. It is a phone much higher - MP3 playback is amazing and it works indeed. Do not destroy your time or successful with CF360 - Buy the LG Xenon as a substitute for.The eminence of cell phone is amazing and the slide out keyboard is decent for email and SMS (if you're into that)....
