What is a VINTAGE name and an OLD name?

I saw people throwing around the name vintage term 'in this section?
For example, for me Hallie is a normal name. I think young
Ada, Tilly and Mabel are names of old to me, like most people I associate with them are elderly
Evangeline is a name believed it if I had to think of a vintage name.Or is a classic.It remember the 1920s, but in a really good

How would you distinguish or define "vintage" and "old"?
That is why I ask.

I suppose I have three main categories in my head for names:
TREND: Do not need to be in vogue just now (eg Jennifer). These are names that are popular or have recently been very popular, but usually only stay for a few years time. Examples include the name Ayden.
Vintage / Classic: Names that are older and more traditional (not necessarily the same), but generally remain favorable over the years. Examples include Daniel, James, Benjamin, Michael, and William for boys, and Elizabeth, Abigail, Lucy, and Sarah for girls.
Former names that were used years ago, but has not gone as well as vintage / classic, so you rarely see the children (although some may come back in style). Examples include Alfred, Roger, Arthur and George for the boys, and Mildred, Hephzibah, Agnes and Ruth for girls.
All are examples only. You do not have to do with whether or not I like the names, so no offense should be taken.

I am a British citizen traveling in Australia. I would really like to open a shop selling vintage clothing and accessories in Australlia.As I havent had my own business before, it will be impossible for me to go into opening a shop in Australia? I have a family with citezenship Australian, if I had to go into partnership with them it would improve my chances?
