Which Texas Instruments calculator is the right one to buy?

I have a TI-83, but I'm looking for a new calculator. The TI-84 Plus is riced at $ 70, the TI-84 Plus Silver is priced at $ 100. The Nspire TI is approximately 150 (Texas Instruments recommends for college math), and supposedly for the calculation of the TI-89 is best. Can anyone help me please with which simulator is best. Go to ti-calc.org. I do not have much time to answer this question, but you need a program called IT-Device Explorer, USB cable, and a tank assembly, such as the Mirage OS. www.ticalc.org is your best bet if you do not know how.
