He says it is compatible only with a (13X13) room.. the room I want to use this for a class at school who is atleast 20x20. If I put the purifier in a place that I think the air is at its worst, it will work for a 13X13 area from that point or is this product become completely useless when its in a bigger room, then all (13X13 ).

I just bought a Honeywell air purifier out craigslist.com. This works very well but subtle smell of the house where I bought it. It bothers me! The online ads for the air purifier that you do not replace the filters, but simply washing. How can I do? Just go under the water?
