How do i reset the indicator light on my HAP422B Holmes air purifier?! ?

I searched the web in vain. I even downloaded the manual on the site of Holmes, but everything he says, is that some purifiers are a warning light reset by inserting a pin into the reset button. Where is the reset button?!?! I searched through the button around the button behind the filters ... go a little crazy now!

The units have an indicator light (HAP243/HAP422) must be reset
Once the HEPA filter was replaced. Reset the indicator by inserting a
small object (like a pin or paperclip) into the hole marked RESET.

There should be a small hole marked reset around the icon, see Figure 2 in Appendix Manual.

I have a Holmes Tower Air Purifier. his series HAP422. on the upper left are checked with a circle around it. and the light it is red. any idea why? read the guide to all owners and strong, silent on the red check. It is today. I do not even use frequently. and filters are clean and new. What can it be?

I had the same thing happen on mine. I try to find an answer, but from what I can say a faulty light is supposed to disable it when you change filters. I guess you just ignore it.

Incidentally, do NOT use the ionizer. It's supposed to be bad for you.
