has anyone tried a fresh air by ecoquest air purifier and what did you think of it?

No, the ionization is the simple addition of one electron to the N2 and O2 molecules. Each of them are a little hungry for an extra electron.

These ions (molecules with an extra electron) tend to serve as centers of precipitating dust and dirt from the air (to clump together). What makes dust, pollen, dust and easier to filter or drop to the ground.

Thus the ionization actually gets cleaner air for you, just like the air feels after a thunderstorm.
