Where would i be able to find a diesel engine for my go-kart n some sort of adapter thing to use used grease?

My class (only 9) are tested by the county school board and want us to build a go-kart that runs on alternative fuels. (I know right), so we decided to use the French fry grease. we need a n a small diesel engine adapter kit. Our speed is limited to 40 mph.

where can i get a engine adapter plate for a land rover from?
