Where can I get a 12v AC adapter with a shamrock (mickey mouse) input?

My LCD monitor stopped working and I finally concluded that it was my apapter AC. I want to buy a new one, but the entry on the monitor needs a clover (Mickey Mouse) input. I saw these inputs is in the actual adapter, but never going into the piece of equipment. I looked everywhere to find one, but I find that the usual cycle, an input branch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know where you live, but Radio Shack will have for you or they can order it.
